Hi, beautiful people!
This week I’m taking a slight departure from my regular babbling.
Newsletters are pretty one-sided. I write my weekly ramblings on all things diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and you read them… or not.
The After Party started as a kind of experiment – and it still is, to some degree. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the future of this newsletter and the role I play in this wonderful, confusing world of diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI).
In celebration of the future (and four-month anniversary) of The After Party, I would love your feedback!
If you have five minutes, please ponder these three questions (and send me your thoughts):
What do you like and dislike about The After Party?
What would you like to see more of / read more about?
What would motivate you to become a paid subscriber? What kinds of added benefits or features would you expect, if any?
You can send me your feedback by replying directly to this email or by leaving a comment below! 💌
There are no right answers – tell me anything and everything. I want your open, honest critique.
Also, in the spirit of lifelong learning…
What is one thing you’ve learned from The After Party?
I would sincerely appreciate your feedback and why you continue to read what I write.
(Socially-distanced) hugs and kisses from sunny Amsterdam,
– Sophie 💜
Hi Sophie, you have a great and clear writing style, it is refreshing for me to read on D&I away from the corporate language that is usually used. I appreciate how you (without any difficulty) intertwine real life examples and the theory behind D&I. And then you pull in some tips and links to good other stuff to watch and read. On another note, what I think is missing in the world of D&I, is a platform where you can find what events can be joined. good, fun events where you can meet people that are interested in D&I. The topic is booming but the network is still scattered. If you start an D&I Circle to discuss all things D&I in real life every now and then, count me in.
